Dechra TrizCHLOR 4 Spray Conditioner is an antibacterial skin spray designed for cats and dogs. It is primarily used to treat skin problems caused by bacterial or fungal infections, such as eczema, dermatitis, or foot dermatitis.

 

This product is intended for topical application on animals. While it is safe for general use, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before use if your pet has any pre-existing health conditions, is pregnant, nursing, or if you have any concerns.

Dechra TrizCHLOR 4 Spray Conditioner is an over-the-counter antibacterial spray designed for cats and dogs, primarily used as an adjunct treatment for skin infections that respond to Chlorhexidine, such as bacterial dermatitis and fungal infections.

 

Ingredients and Efficacy

  • Uses an alcohol-free, fragrance-free, alkaline formula suitable for various skin areas (including paw pads and skin folds).
  • 4% Chlorhexidine Gluconate: A powerful disinfectant that kills Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria, and some fungi.
  • TridazEDTA: Increases cell membrane permeability, enhancing the penetration of antibacterial ingredients and overall therapeutic effect.
  • Suitable Symptoms: Includes superficial pyoderma, pruritic infections, acute moist dermatitis (Hot Spots), and fungal infections.
  • Shake well before use
  • Direct Spray: Apply directly to the affected area as directed by your veterinarian or as needed.
  • No Rinsing Required: Allow to air dry after spraying; no rinsing is necessary.
  • Use in Concomitant Application: Recommend using in conjunction with TrizCHLOR 4 Shampoo. The spray can be used as a supplement between treatments to maintain long-lasting antibacterial effects.
