To facilitate a seamless return and exchange process, please adhere to the following terms:
- All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resaleable condition.
- All returns will only be eligible for exchange for products of greater value than the original purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We only accept the following reasons for exchanges:
- The product has damage or defects that affect the quality of the food/goods.
- When you received the incorrect items.
The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of food, treats, supplements.
- The product is not in brand-new condition and the packaging has been opened or the packaging stickers have been removed, affecting its resale.
- The product has been damaged by human action eg. has stains, or is incomplete
- Except for goods that have passed their expiration date (unless specifically noted when ordering) or are already damp/spoiled when opened, products cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened. Our company does not accept any returns based on personal/pet preferences, taste, suitability, etc.
- Any freegifts
- If the customer changes their mind, submits the order by mistake, or chooses the wrong shipping method, the order can not be cancelled and the goods can not be returned or exchanged.
